TIER ON TIER

As with full height, tier on tier covers the whole height of the window, with the difference being you have a top half and bottom half, similar to a stable door. These types of shutters are very popular for road or neighbour facing windows allowing for flexibility of bottom half closed and top half open, giving privacy and light at the same time.

Tier on tier is similar to café style but have a top half. The top half can be fully open in the day or make use of the louvre slats to control light. The bottom half again can make use of the louvres and be part open or shut.

All shutters are made to order and are unique to you, from the material used through to the colour, the choice is endless. You can choose tilt rod, mid rail and even room darkening materials. Tilt rod is the most popular giving to classic louvre look.
